Ingredients

  • 4 cucumber slices
  • Rosemary, sprig
  • 45 ml Florida grapefruit juice, fresh
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Salt, for rim
  • 15 ml Campari
  • 15 ml Tequila, silver

Garnish

  • Cucumber slice
  • Rosemary sprig

In mixing glass, muddle cucumber and rosemary.Add remaining ingredients.Add ice, shake and strain into salt-rimmed margarita glass over fresh ice.Garnish with cucumber slice and rosemary sprig.
