Frosé Grapefruit Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 210 g ice
  • 120 ml Rosé
  • Mint, for garnish

Preparation

1. Cut Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit in half. Reserve one half for garnish.

2. Take remaining half of Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit and juice until you have 120 ml of Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice. 

3. Combine ice, rosé and Florida Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice in a blender.

4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

5. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with mint leaves and Florida Grapefruit slices.

Helpful Tips:

  • Use simple syrup and rim the glass with sugar to sweeten the cocktail beverage.
  • For added flavour try adding the chopped mint prior to blending.
