Pelican Pisco


  • 6 Grapes, green or red
  • 30 ml Florida grapefruit juice
  • 45 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 30 ml Club soda, chilled
  • Florida grapefruit peel
  • Grapes


Pelican Pisco

In mixing glass, muddle grapes.Add remaining ingredients, except club soda.Add ice, shake and pour into highball glass.Top with chilled club soda.Garnish with Florida grapefruit peel twist and skewered grapes.
