- 1 bunch fresh mint, reserve 6 sprigs for garnish
- 500 ml pink Florida grapefruit juice
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 125 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 625 ml club soda
In large pitcher, crush the mint leaves lightly and add grapefruit juice.Infuse at room temperature for 30 minutes.Add the lemon juice.Heat water until very hot; dissolve sugar in water to make sugar syrup.Add sugar syrup to taste to grapefruit juice mixture; stir well.Fill six tall glasses half full with grapefruit juice mixture, add cubed ice and top with club soda.Baked Nut Potatoes with Fresh SpicesRefrigerate leftovers.
