Tangerine Champagne Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Strawberry, muddled
- 35 ml Florida tangerine juice
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar, aged
- 1 barspoon Strawberry jam
- Champagne, chilled
- Strawberries for garnish

In mixing glass, muddle strawberry.Add remaining ingredients, except champagne.Add ice, shake and strain into flute.Top with chilled champagne.Garnish with strawberry.
