1. Roughly chop the dates and nuts, pull the leaves off your chicory, and slice your Florida Grapefruit into segments and assemble in a bowl or on a plate.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Add together the juice from half of a Florida Grapefruit, the honey, extra virgin olive oil, and some salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure well combined and then set aside.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
