2Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 140g spaghetti pasta
- 120g salmon (sushi grade)
- 3g finely minced garlic
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 20g capers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Instruction
- Peel grapefruit and cut into bite-size portions.
- Thinly slice salmon and season with salt. Leave for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 1 minced garlic, torn basil leaves, capers, 3 tbsp olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Boil large pot of water, adding salt generously (approximately 1% salt to water). Boil pasta roughly 2 minutes longer than time suggested on package, and then chill in ice cold water.
- Pat spaghetti until dry, then add to bowl and mix seasoned salmon from Step #2. Add salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil to taste.
- Arrange on plate for completion.
