Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 ml) freshly squeezed Florida Grapefruit Juice
- 1 ounce (30 ml) gin
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) eldferflower liqueur
- 2 ounces (60 ml) Lillet Blanc
- 1-2 dashes lemon bitters
- Strip of grapefruit zest to garnish
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds until very cold.
- Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist and edible flowers (optional).
