Florida Grapefruit Gin Mosa

Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 50ml London dry gin
- 300ml prosecco wine, chilled
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation
Florida Grapefruit Gin Mosa
1. Pour the gin into 2 glasses.
2. Add a little honey to each glass, then squeeze half of a Florida Grapefruit into each glass.
3. Finally, top the glasses off with chilled prosecco wine and enjoy.
