Farmers Market Cheese Platter With Citrus Quince Paste


  • 60 ml Florida Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Florida Orange zest
  • 1 block quince paste
  • 3 each Farmers Market cheeses


In a small pot, melt the quince paste over a low heat.Add the orange zest and grapefruit juice; simmer for 5–8 minutes.Pour mixture into a 5-centimetre 1/6 pan and allow to fully cool in the refrigerator.

Arrange 3 different varieties of cheese on a plate.Slice the citrus-quince paste and serve.
