- 1 thick slice of high-quality sourdough bread
- 100 g full-fat cottage cheese
- ½ Florida Grapefruit

Instruction
- Peel the Florida Grapefruit and separate it into segments. Remove as much of the bitter white membrane as possible.
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crispy on the outside but still soft inside.
- Generously spread the cottage cheese over the warm toast. Place the Florida Grapefruit segments on top.
- Drizzle with honey and add a few fresh mint leaves.
- Lightly sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorns.
- Optional: add a small pinch of flaky salt to enhance the flavors.
