Florida Grapefruit Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 Florida Grapefruits
  • 450 g fresh Ahi tuna, cubed
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 scallions, sliced thinly

Preparation

Zest and segment Florida Grapefruit, set aside.

Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tbsp. of Florida Grapefruit zest.Combine with Ahi in a metal bowl.

Add scallions and sesame seeds; toss.Cover and put in fridge to marinade for 1 hour.

4.

Cut avocado into segments. 5.Remove marinade from fridge, toss with avocado and Florida Grapefruit segments.

Serve over rice.
